The Florida Public Service Commission has approved several changes to our natural gas transportation service programs. These changes will become effective in October 2026.

Swing Service Charge Update:

• We revised how we calculate the Swing Service Charge to more accurately reflect usage and costs.

Billing Class Removal:

• The Natural Gas Vehicle Service billing category will be removed from our Swing Service-related pricing structure.

Changes to Individual Transportation Service (ITS):

• The minimum annual usage requirement will increase from 182,500 to 500,000 Therms.
• Customers not currently taking upstream pipeline capacity from Peoples Gas will be required to take a minimum of 25% of their daily requirement from Peoples Gas, with the option to increase up to 40% with proper notice.
