Florida residents rated Peoples Gas No. 1 in the south midsize segment in the JD Power 2025 Gas Utility Customer Satisfaction StudySM for the 12th time.
The JD Power 2025 U.S. Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study measures customer satisfaction in eight categories or dimensions: safety and reliability, ease of doing business, people, problem resolution, digital channels, trust, information provided and cost. Peoples Gas led the segment in all dimensions.
