The company ranked the highest in price and field service among its peers in the region and made significant improvements in electronic communication.
J.D. Power’s 2013 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study is based on more than 64,500 responses from residential customers of the 74 largest gas utilities across the continental United States. These utilities serve nearly 54 million households. The study was conducted between September 2012 and July 2013. It analyzed satisfaction in six categories: billing and payment, price, corporate citizenship, communications, field service and customer service.
